Hey, my name is Kseniia (Kay)

I’m a passionate pastry chef dedicated to crafting exceptional desserts.

 

I began my journey in 2015, training under some of Russia’s top pastry chefs. Since then, I’ve honed my skills and developed my own signature recipes for fillings and decorations.

While I have a foundation in the French culinary tradition, my inspiration comes from a blend of world cuisines. I love taking classic recipes and giving them a modern twist. My menu includes chiffon cakes, delicate creams, caramels, and compotes, alongside beloved classics like honey cake, Napoleon, and bird’s milk — all with less sugar and a lighter touch.

Many of my clients return time and again, trusting me to create cakes for every special occasion, from birthdays to themed events.
