Cipriani Cake
Layers of moist sponge soaked in passion fruit syrup, filled with mascarpone cream.
Traditionally covered in a burnt meringue shell. If you'd like a custom design, we can frost the Cipriani Cake with buttercream instead
Strawberry Kiss
Light chiffon vanilla cake soaked with milk syrup, layered with sour cream and mascarpone cream, and finished with strawberry confit.
Option: We can substitute strawberries with cherries
Berry Blast Cake
Chiffon vanilla cake soaked with milk syrup, filled with berry mascarpone cheese and berry compote.
Choose your berries: strawberry/ cherry/blueberry
Orange Cake
Light chiffon cake , soaked with milk syrup, layered with mascarpone and cream cheese cream, and finished with tangy orange curd
Red Velvet Cake
Classic New York Red Velvet cake with a moist sponge and luscious cream cheese filling
Black Cherry Cake
Rich chocolate sponge, vanilla and chocolate cream cheese, cherry compote with a hint of orange zest.
You can choose to have only vanilla or only chocolate cream cheese.
Cherry can be swapped for raspberry (+$10).
Snickers Cake
Rich chocolate cake, vanilla cream cheese filling, complemented by homemade caramel and crunchy roasted peanuts
Carrot Cake
Aromatic cake with carrots, walnuts, and cranberries, filled with smooth cream cheese filling. For an extra touch, it can be complemented with caramelized pear
How to order
1. Date — When do you need your cake?
2. Size & portions — Let us know the size or how many people it needs to serve. We offer coffee portions (80 g per person) or dessert portions (120 g per person).
3. Design

1 kg cake (8–12 portions) — Choose a ready-made design from our Ready to Order collection, pick your colours, and add a message on top.

2 kg and above — Every cake this size is a full custom cake. Browse our Signature Collection for our most-loved designs — still completely custom, just easier to choose.

Want something completely unique? Send us a reference image and we'll let you know what's possible. Fully custom designs start from $200 and require at least 2 weeks notice.
4. Pickup — We're based in Delahey, Melbourne 3037. Mon–Fri 10am–8pm · Sat 9am–11am · Sun 10am–1pm You're welcome to arrange your own Uber delivery once collected. Delivery is available for wedding and non-standard orders — just ask.
5. Deposit — A 50% deposit confirms your order and secures your date, payable by cash or bank transfer.
